Villa Maria
Swimming pool and great sea view
Villa Maria is a 100m2 red roofed villa set in a large olive grove (7000m2) situated 175 metres above sea level. There’s a lovely view over the sea and the scattered islands and the area around the olive grove is covered with pine woods and olives.
There is a private swimming pool in the garden close to the house with a splendid view of the sea. (28m2).
The owners have their house in the same olive grove and are always at your service if necessary.
You reach the house by car following a secondary asphalt road between the harbour of Patitiri (1,5km) and The Old Village (3,5km). There are only a few other houses in the area and at quite a distance. No noise from the town.
You can rent Villa Maria on a weekly basis during the whole summer period.
Two bedrooms:
The one bedroom has a double bed (160cmx200cm) and the other two single beds. Both bedrooms have big closets. There is direct exit to private verandas from each bedroom and from here directly access to the swimming pool.
The bathroom:
A washing machine, shower, WC and a big sink.
The family room:
The kitchen and living room is one big room. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric boiler and other useful things for cooking.
The dining area has a big table for 6 people. From here direct exit to the back garden. In the back garden close to the house there is a barbeque where you can grill.
The verandas:
The living room and the one bedroom have exit to a big covered veranda with a great view towards the sea and the scattered islands. The vines and the bougainvillea create good shade to enjoy your meal here at the big table or to rest in one of the relaxation chairs. From the second bedroom exit to its own private veranda with a pergola covered with bougainvillea and view over the pool, the olive grove and the sea.

Private parking close to the houseCleaning of the house:
The house is cleaned twice a week. Once a week the cleaning is including a full change of sheets and covers. The towels are changed twice a week. You have to carry your daily rubbish to the nearest bin.
Description of the garden:
The large 7000m2 garden is an old olive grove separated in terraces by stonewalls, but generally the land is on the level. There are many fig trees and various fruit trees in the garden and when we have you are offered fresh fruits. When we have we offer organic olive oil from the olive trees for you to use in your cooking and fresh eggs from our free running hen.
